PUPPY SALES CONTRACT
Each breeding is done with dedication to quality and health.
We reserve the right to select the best possible homes for all pups.
When planning to purchase a puppy, please be prepared to add a baby to your home-for they will require the same love, attention and care that we provide an infant for a period of time. This care will ensure the well being of the pup as he or she grows into a family member.

This agreement is made this ________day of__________, _________, and is between the seller and the buyer as named below:

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and free from visible signs
of infectious, contagious or communicable diseases.
1) The buyer agrees to obtain from the seller a Olde English Bulldog. Sex = M____ or F_______ Color___________ .
2) Total of $_________.00 is being paid. Non-refundable deposit of $______.00 has been placed on the bulldog. The remaining balance is due before the puppy is 8 weeks old . Payment in full must be made prior to you taking ownership of the dog. This document is a valid sales contract between seller and buyer. If unable to care for or keep puppy, contact us for options on returning the puppy. If for any reason your life style changes and you are unable to provide the pup a home please consider returning the pup; this is an option you may exercise. Please do not ask for a refund. I will not give one; but what I will do is take the pup back and find him or her a good home. This is a sales contract. The following text goes into details that are important. Please read carefully before signing this pup sales contract.
3) As buyer I do understand that no refund of deposit placed to hold my selection or any part of the total cost of the pup paid will be returned under any circumstances. ______________
4) The purchaser/buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 5 business days of purchase. Failure to have puppy examined within time specified of 5 business days of purchase VOIDS all health warranty.___________________
5) It is necessary for the purchaser/buyer of puppy to send a copy of the veterinarian visit, showing dates and results of the initial check-up to the seller within 7 days of that initial examination. We request this to complete our records of the sale and make sure that the pup is under the care of a licensed veterinarian. If seller is not provided with a copy of the pups check-up, all health warranty is VOID. __________________
6) Full medical documentation (with dates shown) must precede the return of a defective animal. The documentation must explicitly and singularly identify that the cause of the puppy's defect if genetically related. The results of this documentation is to be evaluated by a veterinarian of the seller's choosing to confirm and authenticate the results provided by the buyer's veterinarian. The findings and opinions of the seller's veterinarian is to be considered the final and ultimate opinion. If the examination reports indicate that at the time of the sale, the puppy was unfit for purchase due to a congenital disorder that is 'one that will adversely affect the health of the animal' (following are examples: Severe elbow or hip dysplasia - one which hampers a dog's movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct; kidney, heart, pancreas spine and liver problems of a severe life threatening and life altering nature), you may return the pup for a exchange. In the exchange, we will replace the defective puppy with a puppy of comparable quality, as determined by the seller, as soon as a comparable puppy becomes available. Please understand to qualify for an exchange, you must return the defective pup with (dated) documentation from veterinarian (of your choice) stating the problem within 5 days of purchase date.
7) Seller guarantees the puppy against fatal viruses for 72 hours. It does NOT include intestinal parasites (Coccidiosis, Giardia, Tapeworms, Hookworms, Roundworms, Whip-worms, Ringworms or Parvo(which are common in pups caused by bacteria)) and Kennel Cough. Kennel Cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected with Kennel Cough (treated) on its own is not life threatening. Seller's health policy does not cover issues related to common or insignificant or short term conditions; (fleas, small scratches, scrapes or bites from other puppies or coughs that are deemed to be short-term by most veterinarians).
8) This puppy is guaranteed until one (1) year of age against fatal and life altering congenital and genetic disease which adversely affect the health of the animal. Seller is not responsible after 24 hours of pup leaving seller for Parvo, Distemper, Kennel Cough or Corona virus, as these are highly contagious diseases and maybe contracted immediately after leaving seller premises. In the unlikely event of this puppy's death in the first year, due to congenital defect, a statement from a licensed Veterinarian confirming such an event and cause is required before any action will be taken by seller.
9) Guarantee does not cover what in a Olde English Bulldog is considered normal for instances: cherry eye, entropian, loose hips, skin allergies or mange (Sarcoptic, Demodectic or Cheyletiella), elongated soft palate, stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils), inverted tails, inverted eye lids, bladder stones, hypoplastic trachea, testicle or vaginal problems (fertility issues), parasitic, fungal or bacterial infection, respiratory infection or small trachea, etc. Heat stroke, exhaustion, dehydration, and other heat related conditions are not covered in any way. Seller/breeder will not stand behind any skin or autoimmune disorders. 72 hrs after a pup has left the seller, the sellers guarentee do not cover the following conditions that may occur: Pneumonia, Ear Mites, Skin Mites, Herniations (Inguinal, Perineal, or Diaphragmatic), Heart Murmur grades I, II or III, Patella Luxation grades I, II or III.
10) Also buyer understands that bulldogs have less skin issues if fed a food with NO Corn or Wheat in the food ingredients. ___________________
11) Puppies being sold are suitable as PETS ONLY. No claim is being made that they are suited as breeding or show animals; no compensation is offered for circumstances or characteristics that limit the dogs ability to be bred or for undecending testicals in males. Seller also does not guarantee the projected size or color of pup, nor that the buyer will be able to breed or show this animal. Buyer understands that Olde English Bulldogs are special and that special consideration must be given if buying one of the these breeds.
12) Seller is not responsible for veterinarian fees or costs. Buyer will keep the puppy current on all vet care including shots, deworming and heart worm treatment.
13) Registration papers for pup are requested thru regular mail. This can take up to 12 weeks. If papers are lost, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of obtaining new papers.
14) I (buyer) attest that I am at least 18 years of age and that this document is to be considered a legal and binding contract between buyer and seller. As buyer I do understand that no refund of deposit placed to hold my selection of pup(s) or any part of the total cost of the pup(s) paid will be returned under any circumstances. We do not have a cancellation policy so please understand that after payment has been made that payment is non-refundable.
No refunds in part or in full will be given for any reason. Please do not ask.
15) My signature on this sales contract is an acknowledgement that I agree with all terms listed above. All puppy sales are final.

Because no one can predict the future health or life span of any living thing, all sales are final and any illness
or other health problems that may develop later become your responsibility once you pick up or take delivery of the pup.

This is my payment plan; it is simple.
If you are serious about purchasing a puppy I will work with you. Under NO circumstances will a puppy be released until payment in full has been received. Please do not ask.
You may make a deposit/down payment of $500.00 to hold the pup of your choice. The minute the deposit is received, the pup is taken off the market to secure it for YOU. Balance of payment MUST be received within 14 days or the puppy will no longer be reserved and YOUR deposit will be forfeited. If this 14 day plan presents a hardship, I am willing to work with you on a payment plan that might better suit your circumstances. Please keep in mind that under NO circumstances will a puppy be released until payment in full has been received. Whatever YOUR circumstances happen to be that keep YOU from following thru with the purchase, WE have lost the opportunity to sell that puppy during that time.
The deposit/down payment made is NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND - SO THAT YOU WILL HAVE NO PROBLEMS LATER ON. As buyer I do understand that no refund of deposit placed to hold my selection of pup or any part of the total cost of the pup selected and paid for will be returned under any circumstances.

Take your cash, go to the post office, purchase a money order and drop the envelope in the mail to the address that I will provide. I would suggest requesting a confirmed signature delivery. That is as simple as it gets.
